 I have days waiting for my package, I call them and they do not answer they tell you to leave a message and if you leave it nobody responds ... Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, según el rastreo mi paquete llego desde el 29 de septiembre a la sucursal y nunca me llego a la casa! fui a sucursal y me dijeron que no estaba ahí por que esta programado como entrega a domicilio pero no me supieron decir donde esta!! No contestan el teléfono, en el numero 01800 no te dan opciones de rastreo ni de hablar con alguien. Ya mande un correo para quejarme a ver si logro que alguien me diga donde esta mi paquete.
terrible service, according to the tracking, my package arrived at the branch since September 29 and I never got home! I went to the branch and they told me it was not there because it is scheduled as home delivery but they could not tell me where it is !! They do not answer the phone, in the number 01800 they do not give you tracking options or to speak to someone. I already sent an email to complain to see if I can get someone to tell me where my package is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, mi paquete llegó a tiempo y además lo entregaron a mi domicilio aún y cuando estaba nevando, ví muchas opiniones negativas pero yo tuve buena experiencia con esta paquetería, por eso le doy 5 estrellas.
Very good service, my package arrived on time and they also delivered it to my home even when it was snowing, I saw many negative opinions but I had a good experience with this package, that's why I give it 5 stars.

Pedí unos paquetes los cuales dos llegaron en septiembre. Ya cuando tenían tiempo en bodega y Vi que no los mandaban fui y resulta que según no estaba ahí.
Después hablé y dije que se iba a cancelar el pedido de uno porque no llegaba en la fecha límite. Después llegaron y me trajeron solo uno y el otro ni sus luces. Ya solicite la devolución ya cada vez que vea que mandan algo por sendex lo voy a cancelar. NO CONTESTAN EL TELÉFONO, NO SABEN DONDE ESTÁN LOS PAQUETES. Y les vale todo porque está en quiebra ya ni deberían de tenerla como opción de correos
Terrible service throughout.
I ordered some packages, two of which arrived in September. When they had time in the winery and I saw that they were not sent, I went and it turns out that it was not there.
Then I spoke and said that the order for one was going to be canceled because it did not arrive by the deadline. Then they came and brought me just one and the other or their lights. I have already requested a refund and every time I see that something is sent by sendex I will cancel it. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE THE PACKAGES ARE. And they are worth everything because it is bankrupt and they should not have it as an email option
