La baja calificación en esta ubicación en específico es por el mal servicio al cliente que tienen, he visitado varios de sephora y nunca me había sentido tan mal cómo en está tienda. Nos siguieron por toda la tienda desde que entramos
Solicite asesoría a una de las señoritas; para que mostrara el producto fue casi q rogado, cuando decidí que delineador quería me dijo que lo tomara, yo me equivoqué y pensé que no había en el mostrador (era negro el que no había y yo compré café) así que decidí abrir la caja donde los tiene guardados (lo hice porque en otros países que he visitado su tienda me han dado la libertad o la indicación de hacerlo, no sé si porque me han visto antes o porque, pero si me ha pasado) ERROR fue lo peor que pude haber hecho, la señorita prácticamente me acusó de ladrona y si al principio me seguían después tuvimos casi que pegado a todo su personal.
Es molesto e incómodo estar de vacaciones, querer comprar y tener que sentir que no se tiene la libertad de moverse para ningún lugar porque lo pasan observando como si uno fuera ladrón, no lo soy, trabajo duro para poder pagar mis cosas.
Yo me equivoqué al abrir la caja, pero tal como se lo dije a la señorita… si ella me explica con amabilidad yo lo corrigió y no lo hago.
No todos los clientes que no tienen facciones de “extranjeras” entran a robar.
Bad service
The low rating in this specific location is due to the poor customer service they have, I have visited several sephora stores and I have never felt so bad in this store. They followed us around the store since we entered
Request advice from one of the ladies; for me to show the product it was almost that I begged, when I decided which eyeliner I wanted he told me to take it, I was wrong and I thought that there was not on the counter (the one that was not there was black and I bought coffee) so I decided to open the box where you have them stored (I did it because in other countries that I have visited your store they have given me the freedom or the indication to do so, I don't know if because they have seen me before or because, but it has happened to me) ERROR was the worst thing I could having done, the lady practically accused me of being a thief and if at first they followed me, then we almost had to hit on all her staff.
It's annoying and uncomfortable to be on vacation, wanting to buy and having to feel that you don't have the freedom to move anywhere because they spend you watching as if you were a thief, I'm not, I work hard to be able to pay for my things.
I made a mistake when opening the box, but as I told the lady… if she explains it to me kindly, I corrected it and I don't.
Not all customers who do not have "foreign" factions come in to steal.
