My family and I have been in the care of Dr. De La Rosa for many years. We have always had nothing but positive experiences. His expertise are wonderful! We have recommended him to family and friends and they feel the same! Excellent service and care!

He seemed nice, but I am alarmed that he doesn’t believe in wearing masks during a pandemic and doesn’t believe covid tests work. My partner and I called in advance to verify we could get a blood test and echo due to tachycardia and vertigo 6 weeks after testing positive for covid due to concerns about longcovid. he didn’t do any of the testing when we went in, said we had the flu not covid after just looking at our throat and listening to our heart, ignored the positive test and then we left. it was super easy to go in due to the walk in style of the clinic, i appreciated him doing a couple pages worth of paperwork for fmla so i don’t get fired, but I wish he was taking covid more seriously as I felt very uncomfortable that he and his staff wasn’t masked and asked us to remove our masks in an environment where loads of sick people come regularly, and that he was so ready to dismiss what we had as flu in spite of a covid test with over 95% accuracy. With all due respect, there’s no way this was just a flu. ive had the flu many times before and never have I had one affect me for 6 weeks straight. updated- the medication did help significantly and on top of that Sergio was willing to do another visit by phone even though I'm all the way in the US so that I wouldn't have to cross the border again, which was so incredibly helpful of him. He was also willing to prescribe more medication if we need it. For this reason I changed it to 5/5, this doctor clearly cares about his patients and I can't ask for more than that.
