★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención al cliente, me cotizaron un servicio y a la hora de entregarme el coche me querían cambiar el precio. La mejor explicación de lo que le hicieron al coche la dá el mecánico. Por un cambio de baleros, me tardaron todo el día. Mucho que mejorar. No recomiendo sus servicios.
Bad customer service, they quoted me a service and when it came time to deliver the car they wanted to change the price. The best explanation of what they did to the car is given by the mechanic. For a change of bearings, it took me all day. Much to improve. I do not recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited a few hours for them to look at my van. They took 5 minutes to look at it, told me they couldn’t fix it, and charged me $350 pesos. I only had a $500 peso bill or $200 pesos and they literally held me hostage until someone from the office came back from lunch with change. So in summary, they expect their customers to wait endless time as if the customers time is free, meanwhile 5 minutes and pointing out a known oil leak they can’t fix is worth $350 pesos to them. I found a more reasonable shop in the area. Too bad because the head guy seemed cool, hence the two stars vs one.
