About Servicio Anaya
KT Servicio Anaya SA de CV fue fundada en el año de 1980 por Don Cornelio Anaya Rodríguez, un excelente mexicano comprometido con la calidad y fanático de la atención al cliente. Al igual que muchas empresas que al día de hoy se consideran líderes en su ramo, Don Cornelio Anaya comenzó con poco presupuesto y camiones «no tan nuevos» como hubiera querido.
A lo largo de todos estos años las experiencias han sido más que gratificantes. Hemos crecido junto con nuestra hermosa y caótica ciudad y vivimos momentos dolorosos, como cuando ocurrió el sismo del 85, en donde la necesidad de agua potable era apremiante y Don Cornelio Anaya prestó sus camiones para llevar agua potable a la gente que la necesitaba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ofrecen título de concesión del pozo donde se extrae el agua, argumentan cualquier cosa para negarlo, si quieres una empresa que te suministre agua, está no es.
They do not offer a concession title for the well where the water is extracted, they argue anything to deny it, if you want a company to supply you with water, this is not it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento de contratar todo excelente, solo que no respetan el tiempo que te dan. Dijeron máximo 3 horas tendrá el servicio de pipa en el domicilio, pasaron 5 horas marqué y que no habían operadores disponibles, al preguntar que tiempo, no sabían. No entiendo porque mienten eso es lo que enoja al cliente, tuve que re programar según el servicio a las 7a.m. que obviamente no llegó a tiempo.
A time to hire all excellent, just not respect the time you get. Said maximum 3 hours will service pipe at home, they spent five hours and had not scored operators available to asking that time, did not know. Do not understand why lie that is what angers the customer, I had to reprogram according to the service at 7a.m. which obviously it did not arrive on time.
