Carlos Pérez-Salazar ha sido del todo deficiente por parte de dos señores Miguel Angel Flores y Julio Ramirez Flores. mi camioneta es la TERCERA vez que ingresa al taller .La primera el 12 de Abril para repararse mecánicamente y detallarse.
la segunda porque quedo mal mecanicamente y mal de la pintura
y hoy 28 de Mayo se regresa por pintura deficiente.. es decir va mes y medio y NO queda la camioneta
es una vergüenza el control de calidad de estos dos señores... parece taller de autos chinos... demerita completamente la marca BMW...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es selectiva...si vas de pipa y guante...te atienden bien, si no, hasta te ven raro... Es de pésimo gusto que dejen los vehículos a la intemperie...consejo, deberían tener un techo donde resguardarlos mínimo de la lluvia. Lleve mi moto y me la entregaron toda oxidada de la cadena...
Attention is selective ... if you wear a pipe and glove ... they treat you well, if not, they even look strange to you ... It is in terrible taste that they leave the vehicles out in the open ... advice, they should have a roof where to keep them at least from the rain. I took my motorcycle and they handed it to me all rusted from the chain ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para llevar a reparar un coche. Entre con un problema, que no solucionaron y además un problema eléctrico. De verdad te hace pensar porque la marca BMW autorizó a este taller a llevar su nombre.
Terrible place to take a car repair. I came in with a problem, which they did not solve and also an electrical problem. It really makes you wonder why the BMW brand authorized this workshop to carry its name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del acesor no fue muy bueno, un poco déspota, en cuanto a reparación un faro de niebla estába flojo y pues con el uso de la camioneta se le cayó, lo tuvimos que quitar y ahora tendremos que ir a qué lo instalen otra vez, ojalá y esta vez no allá algún inconveniente
