★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiaron una refacción sin mi consentimiento ni autorización, la cual ni siquiera embona bien en mi lavadora. Y por si fuera poco, pensaron que no nos íbamos a dar cuenta de tal acción. Deberían ser más honestos y es lamentable por que ya tenía muchos años llevando mi lavadora para mantenimiento con ellos, después de ésto, no vuelvo a solicitar su servicio.
They changed a part without my consent or authorization, which doesn't even fit well in my washing machine. And as if that were not enough, they thought that we were not going to notice such action. They should be more honest and it is unfortunate because I had already been carrying my washing machine for maintenance with them for many years, after that, I will not request their service again.
