★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, informales, mal trabajo. Decidiosos para realizar su trabajo. Tienes que estar hablando y acudiendo para hacer presión y aún así quedan mal. No lo recomiendo.
Terrible attention, informal, bad work. Determined to do their job. You have to be talking and going to put pressure and they still look bad. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejan el carro muy bien. Es tardado el proceso de ir con aseguradora. Primero deben conseguir las refacciones para tu auto. Pasado este tiempo(1 a 2 semanas) , programan tu cita para el taller (otra semana o dos mas)
They leave the car very well. The process of going with an insurance company is time consuming. They must first get the parts for your car. After this time (1 to 2 weeks), they schedule your appointment for the workshop (another week or two more)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper pésimo servicio, en primera tardan exageradamente mucho tiempo en llegar las piezas para empezar a hacerte la reparacion, a mí me tardaron 4 semanas. en segunda el carro me lo entregaron con las piezas que repararon descuadradas, los faros no estaban alineados con los salpicaderos y la coraza, les reclamé y me dijeron que eso era normal por tanta carga de trabajo y porque un carro no podía queda al 100 como estaba antes.
Los faros les hicieron literalmente mexicanas para sujetarlos, como que no era exactamente las piezas que eran y me los dejaron todos mal, la verdad no recomiendo para nada ese taller, disculpen la palabra pero son unos puercos para trabajar.
SUPER PÉSIMO SERVICIO, NO SE ARRIESGUEN A QUE LES HAGAN UN MAL TRABAJO.
Super lousy service, at first it takes an exaggeratedly long time for the parts to arrive to start making the repair, it took me 4 weeks. In the second, the car was delivered to me with the pieces that they repaired out of alignment, the headlights were not aligned with the dashboards and the armor, I claimed them and they told me that this was normal due to so much workload and because a car could not stay at 100 as was before.
The lighthouses literally made them Mexican to hold them, as it was not exactly the pieces that they were and they left them all wrong, I really do not recommend that workshop at all, excuse the word but they are pigs to work.
SUPER BAD SERVICE, DON'T RISK THEM TO DO YOU A BAD JOB.

NO TE DAN RESPUESTA DE NADA
NO CONTESTAN EL CELULAR
TE TIENEN EN EL RECIBIDOR POR HORAS
MAL TRATO.
I brought my car and everything was fine, the only detail is the receptionists:
THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ANY ANSWER
THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE CELL PHONE
THEY HAVE YOU IN THE LOBBY FOR HOURS
MISTREATMENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ANTES DE LLEVAR TU CARRO AQUÍ TIENES QUE LEER ESTO
No igualan la pintura, no cambian piezas, las reparan para que se vea bonito en cuanto lo sacas del taller, a las semanas notas el mal trabajo.
Mejor busca otro taller.
BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU HAVE TO READ THIS
They do not match the paint, they do not change parts, they repair them to make it look nice as soon as you take it out of the workshop, after weeks you notice the bad work.
Better find another workshop.
