★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio. No dan seguimiento ni dan información precisa. Para tener un poco de atención hay que ponerse en contacto con Daewoo México. Increíble que una empresa de este nivel tenga un servicio de reparaciones tan nefasto. Una falta de compromiso total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asisten puntuales para la revisión junto con el recibo para el cobro del servicio, solo que no me dieron un diagnostico especifico solo probables fallas las cuales nunca volvieron para reparan y tampoco se tomaron la molestia de contactarme, considero un servicio totalmente deficiente y escasamente confiable, no lo recomiendo.

Me intentaron vender una tarjeta usada y rota como nueva. Me intentaron cobrar mano de obra en 1400 pesos y el personal que enviaron claramente no tenia ni idea.
Al final y después de un mes, no lograron reparar mi lavadora Daewoo.
Si es tu caso, te recomiendo mejor WINIADAEWOO en Naucalpan, EDOMEX con Patricia Bárcenas que es muy honesta y muy profesional en el servicio.

They tried to sell me a used and broken card like new. They tried to charge me for labor at 1400 pesos and the personnel they sent clearly had no idea.
At the end and after a month, they failed to repair my Daewoo washing machine.
If this is your case, I recommend you better WINIADAEWOO in Naucalpan, EDOMEX with Patricia Bárcenas who is very honest and very professional in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi papá y yo llevamos a reparar una laptop acer que arrancaba, pero no encendía, además que llevamos una garantía AXA, tristemente en las garantías por su falta de ética le buscan cualquier defecto a los equipos, ya que con la garantía ellos cubren todo, no nos la hicieron válida por 2 tornillos que le faltaban aclarando que YO se los había quitado, pero por el movimiento se pueden sacar, y además tardaron 1 semana en darnos respuesta alguna, nos dijeron q le había fallado la placa madre, después, la llevamos a otro técnico y nos la tuvieron lista en 8 horas, la falla real era la placa de video no dan un diagnóstico exacto y pésima actitud que tenían, no recomiendo ir a este lugar a reparar tu equipo o electrodoméstico
