Por hacer rápido su trabajo, ellos van dejando basura en las calles.
Crean focos de infección al juntar montones de basura de las casas en frente de una sola casa.... Situación que incomoda a los habitantes de ese domicilio.
Exijen propinas, como si al gobierno le alcanzara para pagar sus sueldos.
