Their hours and working days are wrong because you arrive and see a sign mentioning that they don't work on Saturdays. And they do not finish working at 6 PM, they close at 4 in the afternoon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal. Primero tienen un horario de servicio ilógico, 2 horas para comer, regresan a las 15:00 hrs y cierran a las 16:00 hrs. Llegué alas 16:10 y a pesar de que los trabajadores estaban adentro, no me quisieron abrir, solo me dijeron "vuelva mañana". regresé al día siguiente y estaba cerrado, ese día decidieron no abrir, digno de pueblo bicicletero, pero con precios de primer mundo.
Fatal. First they have an illogical service hours, 2 hours to eat, they return at 3:00 p.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. I arrived at 4:10 p.m. and even though the workers were inside, they didn't want to open it, they just told me "come back tomorrow." I returned the next day and it was closed, that day they decided not to open, worthy of a bicycle town, but with first world prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio tiene cosas positivas y negativas pero, lamentablemente, sobresalen los negativos. En mi caso particular, el servicio ha tardado demasiado tiempo. Primero buscaron una pieza. Luego comentaron que ya la tenían y que iban a venir x día. No llegaron. Esta situación se repitió en más de una ocasión (decir que van a ir a dar el servicio y no lo dan ni avisan que no estarán). En ocasiones no fui al trabajo para poder estar ahí para recibirlos, y no fueron capaces ni de avisar que no iban a ir. Hoy llevo más de dos meses intentando que arreglen mi microondas y aún nada. Es realmente molesto 1) lo tardado del servicio y 2) que no cumplan con sus citas. No puedo recomendar este servicio.
The service has positives and negatives, but unfortunately the negatives stand out. In my particular case, the service has taken too long. They first looked for a piece. Then they commented that they already had it and that they were going to come x day. They did not arrive. This situation was repeated on more than one occasion (saying that they are going to give the service and they do not give it or warn that they will not be). Sometimes I didn't go to work so I could be there to greet them, and they weren't even able to tell them that they weren't going to go. Today I have been trying to get my microwave fixed for more than two months and still nothing. It's really annoying 1) how long the service is and 2) that they don't keep their appointments. I cannot recommend this service.

El problema no solo es a nivel local si no nacional.
No recomiendo contratar ninguno de sus servicios.
Ya tengo más de 15 días esperando a que vengan a instalar un centro de lavado y andan posponiendo el día de instalación.
Cuando llego el día de la instalación, el técnico dijo que no sabía que tenía que instalar un centro de lavado y se fue, prometiéndome que regresaría al día siguiente y nunca sucedió.
Ya pasaron 3 días y aún no han venido y me dijeron que tengo que esperar 5 días mas.
Esto es una burla
Terrible service, they are very informal and extremely disorganized.
The problem is not only local but national.
I do not recommend hiring any of their services.
I have already been waiting for more than 15 days for them to come and install a car wash and they are postponing the day of installation.
When the day of installation came, the technician said he didn't know he had to install a car wash and left, promising he'd be back the next day and it never happened.
It's been 3 days and they still haven't come and they told me I have to wait 5 more days.
