N	NATALIA NICOLE HERNANDEZ HINOJOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, POR PARTE DE TODO EL PERSONAL, TODOS GROSEROS A EXCEPCIÓN DEL GUARDIA, EL HORARIO DE CITA NO LO RESPETAN TE TARDAS 3 HORAS EN HACER EL TRAMITE, Y COBRAN 450 PESOS POR SER UNA OFICINA DE ENLACE, PERO SOBRE TODO NADA DE ESPÍRITU DE AMABILIDAD. AWFUL SERVICE, BY ALL THE STAFF, ALL RUDE EXCEPT THE GUARD, THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE APPOINTMENT TIME, IT TAKES YOU 3 HOURS TO DO THE PROCESS, AND THEY CHARGE 450 PESOS FOR BEING A LIAISON OFFICE, BUT ABOVE ALL NOTHING OF SPIRIT OF KINDNESS.
C	Carlos Nader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, fui a tramitar mi pasaporte, nos tienen afuera esperando horas en el sol, en el calor, incluyendo a niños pequeños, para que al final no se pudiera terminar el trámite ya que no dan información completa en la página de internet con los requisitos. Además ahí te cobran una cuota municipal de $450, por cada pasaporte (que en otros lados no cobran, como en Garza Sada por ejemplo), además de lo que tienes que depositar en el banco antes de ir. Tienen todo lo indispensable para hacer tu estadía cómoda, las áreas limpias, el baño con papel y jabón. La espera de la toma de fotografías me dijeron es de una hora y tienen toldos afuera para quienes estamos en la fila. Excelente servicio. I dont have nothing to complaint about. They are all very friendly, the process is super fast, they explain everything clearly. They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, clean areas, a bathroom with soap and paper. The wait for taking pictures they told me is an hour and they have awnings outside for those of us in line. Excellent service.

OJO Que por utilizar los servicios de esta oficina, pagas 450 pesos por persona o por trámite y la verdad para lo lento que estuvo el procedimiento, no vale la pena. Además, si es para tramitar pasaporte, te lo van a devolver una semana después. No entiendo el punto de cobrar tanto para dar esa atención tan promedio y tardarse tanto. La cuota municipal de 450 pesos extra es, intuyo, por el servicio. Así que servicio lento, hacer cita no sirve de nada y además tienes que pagar extra. Súper mal. Terrible service. Extra a ello se paga una cuota municipal $450 pesos que son bastantes para su malo y lento proceso como revisión documentos y no se diga fotografías te dan oportunidad de maquillarte casi casi lo creo! Venga ... Es un trámite rápido y no habría porque demorar tanto para una foto oficial no es para una revista ?! Más ágiles en esto porfavor !!! Appalling.
