Terrible service, rude and mocking telephone operators... Too bad they don't mind losing customers... and since they themselves are the ones who answer the calls, it's impossible to file a complaint with the appropriate person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, siempre echan de menos y se hacen los disimulados cuando les cuestionas, recomiendo pidan su recibo para facturar y revise que vengan los litros que pidieron, de lo contrario sin el recibo fácil se dan el lujo de robarnos litros. Deberían vigilar mejor a sus trabajadores por el bien de los consumidores.
Terrible, they always miss and they act sneaky when you question them, I recommend asking for their receipt to invoice and check that the liters they requested come, otherwise without the easy receipt they have the luxury of stealing liters from us. They should better monitor their workers for the sake of consumers.
