★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, pesima antencion, totalmente del nabo, sevitra huajuapan, el recepcionista no atiende por estar con la esposa y la hija, todo malhumorado, despues de lograr pasar con un oficinista te dice que no puede imprimir tu linea de pago de moto por que eso no le.corresponde y tienes que sacar ficha, por que no ponen un letreto u algo... pesimo en todos los sentidos.

Reforma, la persona que te atiende en primera instancia es déspota, mal encarada, te grita, la deberían de quitar de ese puesto y mandarla a una bodega donde no tenga contacto con personas, porque es evidente que no tiene ninguna actitud ni aptitudes para dar servicio al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio la verdad, te guían fácilmente, si tienes tu cita y tus documentos en orden no tendrás ningún problema, por ser primera vez aplican examen sencillo, ahí mismo te dan una guía y te dicen que estudiar nadie reprueba básicamente. Un poquito ineficiente sus cómputos, ya que al pasar, se trabó la computadora y demore más pero fuera de eso, el servicio es bueno

I don't know what they base on to say that they don't have appointments available... because every time one goes to the place they don't have enough people to say that the service is saturated... what a terrible appointment system they handle
