★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean and well kept gym. I went there for one week during vacation. The price was 300 pesos, which is a crazy amount for only a couple of days. The gym is small and feels cramped since they arranged the machines in a manner that makes it unnecessarily difficult to navigate. It is even dangerous and distracting sometimes. For example, when you are using the bench press, people walking around will have to squeeze themselves around the bar to access the dumbbells. There is a lack of variety in the basic equipments, like a decline bench, a fully enclosed squat rack, a plate loaded incline row, plate loaded anything for that matter except the benches and the leg equipments. The gym is even more lacking in specialized accessories for the cable machines. Which is surprising considering the price you pay. On top of that, a big portion of the gym is restricted and not included in the price. The staff was nice. There was no music. The cardio machines were very few in number. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are incredibly bad. Very rude. So many rules and regulations. Ive been going the gym my whole life and ive never experienced anything so impossible. Also the equipment is very minimal and price is very high. Please save yourself a hassle and go to colloseo or psas gym, they have much more equipment and everybody is chill tthere, leave you to yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sforza refused to do a one-day pass, and demanded $350 pesos even though I was only asking for a single day. I then went to Psas ProGym, a few blocks away, instead, which was clean, huge, not crowded, and charged $100 for a day pass, very reasonable. I recommend Psas, not Sforza, to anyone looking for a high-quality gym.
