SharkRider Rental - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Easily the best place to rent Scooters/Jeeps in Cozumel. Had a group of 8 rent scooters throughout the week. Fair rates, staff is amazing speak fluent english. ASK FOR AGUSTIN , helped us with excursions, places to eat, and visit. Definitely recommended.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to get me change and setup my partner for success. We rented one scooter with full coverage (600 peso total). Scooter wasn't "new" but worked fine and allowed us to travel the coast and go snorkeling. It's clear that the vehicles are being used a lot, probably everyday too. For the price, this was well worth it imo! Thank you to the staff for helping us and we forward to visiting again. Cheers!

Please don't come here! I went to this place to rent a scooter. I refused the insurance in the beginning and then I asked them if I can buy the insurance before I got my scooter. I was told no I couldn't anymore. And then the guy went to get the scooter. I got on the scooter and added too much gas and I fell off since it's my first time ever to be on a scooter. There was very very minor scratches. But the guy charged me $360 USD in cash or 16% more with credit card for the scratch. I don't have that much money/cash with me. The guy escorted me to the hostel and to the ATM to get all my money. I ended up paying them 2760 pesos because that's the maximum I could get from my bank card and all my left over money. I don't have any single dollar or pesos left with me after. Be aware of this place. They are not nice and rip people off!! I couldn't reply the response. I'll add it here: the scooter is not new. The left side even got worse scratches. I scratched the right side. Also, the right side scratches are very very minor. I mainly scratched my hand, right arm and right legs not their scooter. Now I wish I took some photos about those minor scratches.

Best prices most efficient service friendly fair and honest I won’t rent from anyone else when I’m on Cozumel! They really do go above and beyond not to mention the fact that their vehicles are in the best condition. Awesome keep up the great work!!

By far the best rental place in Cozumel. Very nice and friendly staff, very easy going. Highly recommend this play. Also the price is the cheapest around. Rented scooters for 5 days straight. Best experience

We rented a moped for 2 days. The rate was average but the deposit is the lowest we've seen! The whole process from walking in to riding away took probably 15 minutes. The moped looked nearly new and was very comfortable to ride around the island. The return process was smooth. We got our deposit back.

Augustino was the best! I highly recommend renting from Shark Riders! We had the best time on our scooter that we rented for 3 days. Augustino was awesome!!! We will recommend all of our friends to rent from him, and we will be back! Thanks again Augustino!!!

Great service. Contacted them the day before arriving in Cozumel on WhatsApp about renting a scooter. Quick at responding and answering questions. They gave me a great deal on the scooter (250 pesos a day). It was a nice quality automatic scooter. Also, you can rent snorkel gear here as well (fins, mask and snorkel) for 100 pesos/day. We extended our stay and just messaged them to tell them, and they let us pay for the extra day when we returned the scooter and snorkel gear the next morning. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back next time.
