V	Victor Glez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y los baños están bien puercos no hay agua desde ase más de un mes y no puedo creer que no tengan para comprar una pipa de agua y aparte todavía cobran 5 pesos para entrar al baño no ay papel y no hay agua Terrible service and the bathrooms are good pigs, there is no water for more than a month and I cannot believe they do not have to buy a water pipe and besides they still charge 5 pesos to enter the bathroom there is no paper and there is no water
N	Navit Aguayo Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supera mal servicio, no tienen marcadas las bombas de diésel, dure mucho en la fila y cuando me di cuenta que dicha bomba no tenía diésel le comente a uno de los despachadores para ver si podía ayudarme y literal me mando a la ch¡ngada. Pésimo ? It overcomes bad service, the diesel pumps are not marked, it lasted a long time in line and when I realized that said pump had no diesel, I told one of the dispatchers to see if he could help me and he literally sent me to hell. J	José Neri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gasolina de este lugar está en mal estado, cargué tanque lleno el 24 de julio de 2021 y cuando había gastado 1/4 de tanque, mi camioneta empezó a jalonearse, acudí con el mecánico y tuvieron que hacer lavado del tanque, líneas de combustible e inyectores y localizaron residuos de agua en la gasolina, por poco me echa a perder la bomba de gasolina. YO NO REGRESO, NO VAYA Y SI ES CLIENTE HABITUAL, DEJE DE IR, porque tarde o temprano le ocasionará problemas en su vehículo. The gasoline in this place is in bad condition, I loaded a full tank on July 24, 2021 and when I had used 1/4 of a tank, my truck began to jerk, I went to the mechanic and they had to wash the tank, fuel lines and injectors and located water residues in the gasoline, it almost spoiled the gasoline pump. I WILL NOT RETURN, DO NOT GO AND IF YOU ARE A REGULAR CUSTOMER, STOP GOING, because sooner or later it will cause problems in your vehicle.
F	Frank Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya dejo de ser Shell dicen las malas lenguas q estaban quemando a la marca x el buen nivel de atencion del personal El servicio de atencion es bueno el precio del combustible siempre es competente... el unico problema le preguntas a los despachadores de dia el horario y te dicen 24 hrs y vas a las 00 hrs y estan cerradas las bombas, y nadie te atiende ni los guardias... En cuanto a robo de combustible no lo he detectado, pero lo q si considero es q el combustible (verde) no cuenta con aditivos para ser marca shell A los baños nunca he entrado pero como cliente no tienes acceso si no pagas... Y pues tengo tiempo que no cargo xq mi horario para cargar es justo despues de las 12 am I am no longer Shell, say the gossips that were burning the brand because of the good level of attention of the staff The customer service is good, the price of fuel is always competent... the only problem is you ask the day dispatchers the schedule and they tell you 24 hours and you go at 00 hours and the pumps are closed, and nobody attends to you or the guards... Yo fui hoy en la mañana a echar gasolina y el tipo que me atendió me tuvo casi 10 minutos esperando en lo que hacía sus "pendientes" y de malas me atendió, yo me tuve que bajar a abrir el tanque de mi coche y cerrarlo también sino hay se me van fácil unos 20 minutos mínimo! Yo ya no regreso! Además pone a cascabelear motores esa gasolina The service is lousy! Tuve que vaciar mi tanque lo que le saque era transparente aguarrás o agua quien sabe que cargan ahi. You go out with your car pulling just a few blocks forward, it has water or you know what the hell... And forget about going into the bathroom, it's always disgusting. I had to empty my tank, what I took out was transparent turpentine or water who knows what they carry there.
