★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el día de hoy tuve un conflicto con un asesor del body shop que también involucra al gerente. tenía programada la entrega de mi vehículo. Al llegar al taller mi asesor me informa de manera casual que el vehículo no contaba con gasolina duro más de 5 meses en el taller y ellos afirman que fue por movimientos dentro del taller. Lo que me molesta es que tuve que ir a comprar gasolina para cuando llegara nuevamente nadie me atendiera. el vehículo no se pudo entregar y termine transportando hidrocarburos con un alto riesgo para mi y mi familia que me acompañaba se me hace una falta de seriedad de parte de ustedes.

Upon arriving at the workshop, my advisor informs me in a casual way that the vehicle did not have hard gasoline for more than 5 months in the workshop and they say it was due to movements inside the workshop. What bothers me is that I had to go buy gas for when it came again no one would take care of me. the vehicle could not be delivered and I ended up transporting hydrocarbons with a high risk for me and my family that was accompanying me, it is a lack of seriousness on your part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si te lo recomienda tu aseguradora: NO LO LLEVES AHÍ. Impuntuales, pretextos, malos trabajos a corto y largo plazo. Hasta piezas faltantes le dejaron. Además de haber tardado casi 3 meses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No lleves nunca ahí tu coche a reparar. De verdad evitarlo a toda costa. Todo es culpa de otros menos de ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me robaron partes que tuve que pagar yo. Me pincharon una llanta y me entregaron el coche con la refacción puesta y se hicieron de la vista gorda. Me entregaron 5 veces mi coche y todas lo regrese porque no quedaba bien. La calidad de pintura que usan es una porquería. La atención de los que trabajan ahí es pésima. El peor taller al que he ido en mi vida. Una experiencia de más de 1 año teniendo problemas con ellos. Al final mi coche no quedó bien
Terrible service. Parts were stolen from me that I had to pay for. They punctured a tire and gave me the car with the spare on and turned a blind eye. They gave me my car 5 times and all of them I returned it because it didn't look good. The quality of paint they use sucks. The attention of those who work there is terrible. The worst workshop I have ever been to in my life. An experience of more than 1 year having problems with them. In the end my car did not turn out well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, pretendían entregarme con muchos detalles muy evidentes, cambiaron cajuela y facia y tenían que cuadrar, y sólo pusieron piezas sin sacar el golpe, el sensor de reversa sin funcionar, facia mal pintada, de verdad no vayan a este taller, también el carro tal parece fue utilizado pues me lo entregaron con menos gasolina y con objetos ajenos (ganchos de ropa). Otro es que No te quieren entregar garantia. Al final no lo recibí hasta que estuvieran correctamente. Abusados con este taller.... Evitenlo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give only one star... Because I cannot give 0. They attend all the insurance companies accidents... But they are messy, service is bad... They do not comply due dates.
What's worst they do not repair completely the cars... Just what you see.
So be ready to get the sensation of not receiving all the parts or even the small pieces.
I won't ever ever take my car to them. And I do not recommend them at all.
After 5 rescheduling I found myself standing next to my car same as other 4 owners that were there doing the same just to put more pressure on them and supervise the work.
