Then we had to wait for our private shuttle for another 15 minutes. On the way from the hotel to the airport our shuttle was supposed to be there by 12:30 and didn't show up until 1. Making us late to the airport. They are lucky our flight was delayed 30 minutes also or we might not have made our flight. Just take a taxi it costs about the same and they are everywhere and easy to find and most of the resorts have taxis waiting in the parking lot to take you somewhere.

P.S. they also offer packages like beer and water bottles , champagne, etc. And will be ready and waiting for you when you get in car. They keep it in cooler so it can be nice and chilled when you arrive.

Our flight was delayed two hours due to the plane being short one flight attendant but our driver was waiting when we arrived to the airport. We were escorted to our van by one of Shuttle Central representatives and made great timing to the hotel. Our pick up for our departure flight was at 6am and they were there on time. I would definitely use Shuttle Central again and would recommend to others.

Vehicle was clean and driver was friendly and we shared a few laughs. Arrived at our resort with a white glove handoff. Scheduling our return pickup was easy and received immediate confirmation. Driver arrived early and handled our luggage for us. Arrived at airport early and we were handed off to airport personnel that excited is to the shortest line for check-in. Great service!

We mentioned that one of our daughters was going to be celebrating her birthday while our family was in Mexico. Our driver on the way to the hotel sang her Happy Birthday in English & Spanish, she thought that was one of the coolest things. I had questions before our trip because our flight times changed, I emailed the company and they responded with in an hour each time and answered all my questions.

The only thing I did not like was the driver not waiting for us with our name on the board. I knew it was them by the logo and name of the company. We waited a few minutes before heading to our hotel. The return trip back was better. They picked us up from our hotel lobby and brought us back to the airport with no problems.

Calls were dropped numerous times but they sent a text saying we could be assisted by text. I had let them know every time our flight was delayed and correct times. When we get there, we were left with no shuttle at all. No one to get a hold of. It’s midnight in Cancun and we’re stuck. I got no email or text saying our shuttle was cancelled because of delays or anything. We had to pay another taxi service to take us. The next day I got a text saying since we were delayed our driver had other obligations. Won’t recommend to anyone or to trip advisor. You’re better off finding something when you get there if a delay cancels your paid for shuttle (even though we had text confirmation that our driver was notified)

A very nice young man, Alejandro, was waiting with our name on a sign, greeted us warmly, handled our bags, gave us some useful information about the area and generally made us feel welcome. Driver delivered us quickly and safely right to the front door of the hotel. On our departure, the shuttle was 10 minutes early, and we never touched our bags. Our driver was awesome, and not only drove us quickly but safely to the airport, but also handled our luggage and helped us get to the airline for check-in. I can't say enough good things about this shuttle service, will definitely use this company again on our next trip to Cancun
