★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco estava vazio sem ninguém e me perguntou se queria fazer pelo autoatendimento, como a agência conforme citado estava vazia falei que iria fazer pelo caixa, então perguntei se não tinha caixa e me falou que iria demorar já que estava sozinha, falei então que iria na agência de Santa Mônica e me falou TUDO BEM, total despreparo, até pensava que seria uma boa tirar uma conta pessoa jurídica que tenho no Bradesco para esse banco em virtude de taxa, mais o barato sai caro e que experiência horrível não ser atendido com uma agência vazia e não fazer questão em atender, estava de chinelo e bermuda e infelizmente as pessoas te avaliam pelo modo de se vestir e graças tenho uma situação financeira bem resolvida e fui fazer um depósito na conta do meu filho.
 The bank was empty without anyone and he asked me if I wanted to do it through self-service, as the branch as mentioned was empty I said I would do it through the cashier, so I asked if there was no cashier and he told me it would take a while since I was alone, I said then that I would go to the Santa Monica branch and told me EVERYTHING WELL, total lack of preparation, I even thought that it would be a good idea to take a corporate account that I have at Bradesco for this bank because of a fee, but the cheap is expensive and what a horrible experience not to be served with a empty agency and not making a point of answering, I was wearing flip-flops and shorts and unfortunately people evaluate you for the way you dress and thanks I have a well-resolved financial situation and I went to make a deposit in my son's account.
