★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio al cliente en el area de venta de mostrador, sin embargo en la entrada con el de seguridad me dieron información equivocada y me dejaron afuera sin resolverme. Insistía que el numero de la empresa era 55797979 y no quiso ayudarme más. Al final logré comunicarme y ahi si me ayudaron.
Es necesario dar herramientas a los empleados para atender bien al cliente cuando sea necesario.
Very good customer service in the counter sales area, however at the entrance with the security they gave me wrong information and left me outside without solving me. He insisted that the company number was 55797979 and he did not want to help me further. In the end I managed to communicate and there they helped me.
Employees need to be given tools to serve the customer well when needed.
