Lo relevante es su ubicación en un edificio histórico y significativo de Ixtepec de principios del siglo XX.
Es de los pocos edificios históricos que aún se conservan. Que ha soportado la inconciencia y la falta de cultura para conservar la riqueza de los testimonios de otras épocas de nuestras propias raíces.
Este es un excelente ejemplo de que un edificio antiguo puede ser inteligentemente utilizado. Conservando orgullosamente la nobleza de su antigüedad.
En este mismo lugar estuvo una antigua farmacia también de gran tradición en la ciudad
