Contra: tenía que cambiar la pantalla del iPhone, que se me había hecho añicos. Llamo y me dicen que tenía que llevar el teléfono para que lo chequen y pedir la pieza. Voy inmediatamente. A pesar que era súper obvio que el problema era la pantalla, me dicen que tenían que dejar el teléfono por un número indeterminado de horas para que lo examinen, darme un presupuesto, y poder pedir la pantalla. ¡Era un jueves al mediodía, y no podían garantizarme que me podían devolver el teléfono en algún momento del viernes para tenerlo el fin de semana, mientras ellos pedían la pantalla! Para que se entienda: tenía que dejar el teléfono por días para que lo examinen y vean qué le pasa, cuando había un problema obvio, la pantalla estaba destruida. Lo peor es que no fueron capaces de decírmelo por teléfono, y eso que llamé y pregunté explícitamente cómo era el proceso (por teléfono me dijeron que lo examinaban en unas horas y me daban presupuesto, no que lo podían dejar todo el fin de semana sólo para examinarlo). No me quiero imaginar lo que hubiera sido dejarlo para cambiar la pantalla.

Cons: I had to change the iPhone screen, which had shattered me. I call and they tell me that I had to bring the phone to be checked and ask for the piece. I go immediately. Although it was super obvious that the screen was the problem, they tell me they had to leave the phone for an indeterminate number of hours to be examined, give me a quote, and be able to order the screen. It was a Thursday noon, and they could not guarantee that they could return the phone to me sometime on Friday to have it over the weekend, while they asked for the screen! To understand: I had to leave the phone for days to be examined and see what happens to it, when there was an obvious problem, the screen was destroyed. The worst thing is that they were not able to tell me on the phone, and that I called and explicitly asked how the process was (on the phone they told me that they examined it in a few hours and gave me a budget, not that they could leave it all weekend only to examine it). I don't want to imagine what it would have been like to leave it to change the screen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Para no volver. Dejé un equipo, me dijeron que en 24 horas tenían respuesta. Pasó hasta una semana para tener una respuesta, además de que nos respondían con una pésima actitud repitiéndonos que “cuando tuvieran información, se comunicarían con nosotros” lo que nunca pasó. De verdad, es mejor ir a cualquier tienda Apple Store / Mixup para que resuelvan en lugar de esta gente que se hace llamar “profesionales” lo cuál, es mentira.
Terrible service. Never to return. I left a team, they told me that in 24 hours they had an answer. It took up to a week to get an answer, and they responded with a terrible attitude repeating that "when they had information, they would communicate with us" what never happened. Actually, it is better to go to any Apple Store / Mixup to solve them instead of these people who call themselves "professionals" which is a lie.

Entienden lo que implica hacer, mantener y educar sobre las implementaciones de equipo de acorde a presupuestos y objetivos de cada producción. Por cierto, su centro de servicio es muy bueno, con excelentes estándares e incluso te prestan un iPhone en lo que reparan el que se te rompió.

By the way, their service center is very good, with excellent standards and they even lend you an iPhone in which they repair the one that broke you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención y fue relativamente rápido con mi soporte de mi producto apple, el lugar es agradable y cuenta con todas las medidas necesarias para prevenir contagios, el lugar esta bien ubicado aunque un poco escondido. Tienen varios horarios de visita y se comunican contigo via correo para darle seguimiento a tu soporte técnico. Altamente recomendable.
Very good service and it was relatively quick with my support of my apple product, the place is nice and has all the necessary measures to prevent infections, the place is well located although a little hidden. They have various visiting hours and they contact you via email to follow up on your technical support. Highly recommended.
