El lugar es limpio y bueno, queda cerca de la playa y es un lugar muy tranquilo, el personal fue amable pero hubo unos inconvenientes con el agua del inodoro y la regadera (No se si sea así siempre), algunas fotos no coincide con el lugar pero de ahí en fuera, un lugar cómodo para ir

Wir haben eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht. Wir sind nach Holbox gekommen und der Zugang zum Hotel war nicht möglich ohne durch Wasser zu waten - Taxis weisen dich ab und du musst zu Fuß gehen. Wir wollten direkt wieder abreisen und das Hôtel ist 0,0 Entgegenkommend und hat us den kompletten Betrag gut 4 Nächte berechnet obwohl wir nicht geblieben sind. Dabei wurden wir nicht informiert dass diese Umstände herrschen und das liegt vielleicht nicht in den Händen der Unterkunft, hätte aber zwingend kommuniziert werden müssen. Und ist nun auch klar warum wir den vollen Betrag im Voraus bezahlen mussten. Tut euch einen Gefallen und recherchiert gut über die aktuellen Bedingungen auf Holbox bzgl des Wassers in den Straßen und des Seegrasses an den Stränden. Aktuell ist Holbox kein Traumziel und wir sind am gleichen Tag noch abgereist.

El lugar es muy tranquilo, la habitación que me tocó es de las de afuera, tiene aire acondicionado, agua caliente, me dieron toallas para todos los que íbamos, pero no hay televisión y algunos de los mosquiteros están rotos y hay muchos mosquitos, así que hay que llevar repelente. Hay un un aeródromo en la parte de atrás, así que de vez en cuando se escucha ruido fuerte, pero en la noche no hubo ruido. La playa está a una cuadra hacia el frente, y esta preciosa pero cuando llueve se encharca el agua y es complicado pasar. Este lugar está lejos del ruido de los bares, para la gente que no le gusta eso está bien y es de los más económicos. La recepción fue diferente, ya que fue por teléfono que me dieron indicaciones para tomar mi llave de la habitación, pero para cualquier cosa no hay alguien que te atienda, todo es por teléfono.

Establecimiento muy correcto en cuanto a calidad-precio. Cerca de la playa y del centro, caminando a 5 y 8 minutos cada uno por lo que queda alejado del ruido de bares por la noche. Tienes agua para llenar tus botellas todo el día y café con leche para el desayuno. La recepción es vía telefónica pero siempre están disponibles, a nosotros nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos (check-in, taxis, check-out) Igualmemte los dueños catalanes súper amables dándonos sus recomendaciones para comer y para las playas que visitar. Si quieres desconectar en un lugar muy rústico esta es una buena opción (ojo, no hay TV). Muy recomendables las habitaciones de afuera con terracita para disfrutar por la noche tranquilamente. ¡Gracias!

Nice little hotel not too far from downtown

Great stay at Casa Sirenas ! Really nice hotel close to the beach and not too far from the « center ». The team is really nice, rooms are pretty and clean ! Definitly a good choice !

The staff were very friendly, providing helpful tips on the beaches to visit during my stay. My second room (#6, pictured) was delightful. It has its own balcony with a separate entrance entrance to the room from the courtyard. The breakfast is okay but no Mexican breakfast options. My first room (#1) was a total mess. The toilet did not flush. The window faces a walkway and at night you can see into the room while the lights are on, even with the curtains drawn. A smell of sewage permeated the air throughout the night and was so bad that it gave me a headache and woke me up out of my sleep. I complained the next morning and asked to change rooms. I was give another without an extra charge! (Note: Room #1 has the best wifi signal.)

A clean, cosy room not far from the beach. When I arrived at 3pm my room was not ready and despite a couple of people downstairs the manager/receptionist was not around so I had to message her on Whatsapp. after 10-15 minutes I was allowed in. Slept well and had no other issues.
