★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradezco la muy buena atención brindada por el Sr, JAVIER BECERRIL ESPINOSA, quien puso de manifiesto su profesionalismo y buena predisposición para con los Turistas dando una respuesta positiva e inmediata ante cada consulta o duda en referencia a las excursiones y servicios brindados por la empresa.
Otra persona que debo destacar es el Sr.JULIO LEON, quien también con mucho profesionalismo no solo maneja el transporte, sino que hace el traslado muy ameno y brinda información a los Turistas sobre las Ciudades que se visitan en MÉXICO y también pone se manifiesto un amplio conocimiento e interés para con las Nacionalidades de los Turistas, las Ciudades de las cuales pertenecen y hasta las culturas y particularidades de cada lugar de donde provienen.
Las 5 estrellas fueron logradas por el muy buen trabajo realizado por estas dos personas y los buenos servicios brindados.
I appreciate the very good attention provided by Mr. JAVIER BECERRIL ESPINOSA, who showed his professionalism and good predisposition towards tourists by giving a positive and immediate response to every query or question regarding excursions and services provided by the company.
Another person that I must highlight is Mr. JULIO LEON, who also with great professionalism not only handles transportation, but also makes the transfer very enjoyable and provides information to tourists about the cities that are visited in MEXICO and also reveals a wide knowledge and interest for the Nationalities of Tourists, the Cities of which they belong and even the cultures and particularities of each place from which they come.
The 5 stars were achieved by the very good work done by these two people and the good services provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, cuando llegamos al aeropuerto de Cancún el miércoles 11 de abril de 2018 aproximadamente a las 16 hs. Mexicanas, nadie nos estaba esperando. Tuvimos que tomarnos un taxi y pagar un precio muy elevado de 170 dólares lo cual nunca nos reconocieron. La empresa es cero por ciento recomendable. Nunca nos reintegraron el dinero. Jamás se hicieron cargo de su error de no esperar por demoras demora de entrega de valijas.
Very bad attention, when we arrived at the Cancun airport on Wednesday April 11, 2018 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Mexican, nobody was waiting for us. We had to take a taxi and pay a very high price of $ 170, which was never recognized. The company is zero percent recommended. They never returned the money to us. They never took charge of their mistake of not waiting for delays delayed delivery of bags.
