★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and big place, a lot to do. I went on a Saturday during vacations and it wasn't as crowded as I'd expected, except for the Tornado where I did a 2h line (after that one all of the other ones seemed very short, 10 to 30min).
Some details:
1. Considering it opened like 2 months ago, there are many things that already look worn out, like the bottom of the lazy river.
2. There weren't enough chairs to seat and we saw people from Six Flags bringing in new ones, which made me think they may still have many things to finish up in the park, and since it was a tender they HAD to open before a certain date.
3. They were letting people with tubes go in the wave pool.. not very nice for those of us who wanted to swim and where being surrounded by many tubes.
I hope in a few months it'll be better and not worse.
Anyway... If I lived nearby, I'd definitely go often, being content with the wave pool, lazy river and some slides.

100% family orientated, plenty of green and palm trees, lots of launch chairs all over the park, some are free to use, and some other to be rented.
Wide variety of rides, either on your own or in groups of four.
They are few restaurants around the park and some snack places too.
You can buy your tickets on arrival, however, if you buy them via internet, they are considerably cheaper, and even better price from Monday to Thursday.
We have an amazing time with our family, everyone were very attentive, and it wasn't busy at all, we probably have to wait to get on a ride top 8 minutes.
Highly recommended,not far from Mexico city, very happy and definitely will come back to make more memories and have a blast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible logistics for getting anything, even plain water or soda, or beer... 40 minutes long lines. It needs more points of sale, and to enable in all of them card payments. Vending machines not working either, rejecting all coins, not accepting bills.
Not enough lounge chairs, umbrellas and shadow tents.
Staff attitude like being bored, angry, jaded.
Not coming back there. There are other water parks in the zone with so much better logistics, you can get water everywhere or something to eat or beer, in matter of minutes and also with a lot of visitors. That should never be an excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got there around 1:30 pm so we didn't get to do a whole lot but we still had a great afternoon. In the "lazy river" before anyone gets on a donut shaped raft, they sanitize them. I liked that. The park was very clean and well organized especially with the pandemic. Today was the first time my son and daughter, the youngest of my kids got to experience a Waterpark. Thank you for a great afternoon. This memory will last a lifetime. I recommend coming to this park when you visit Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's big and fun, but also many faults. The lockers are not in the changing rooms, the door closes automatically which makes taking things in and out difficult, the more exciting stuff requires multiple people to go together, some rides are very slow. The Ixtapan waterpark is still the best I've been. And in Morelos, El Rollo is better.
