A	Anna C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscas un centro de medicina estética, este no lo es. Es solo un salón de belleza, el médico solo te va a ver en la valoración para venderte los tratamientos. Desde hace años tengo una condición médica por la que, como parte del tratamiento, debo realizarme drenajes linfáticos todas las semanas, con lo cual sé de que va el tema y soy exigente. Por eso me animé a ir a Skinklinik, por que se promocionan como un centro de medicina estética y para mi era importante tanto el control médico como la calidad de servicio que iba a recibir. Fui a una cita de valoración y me sentí súper bien atendida, me vieron 2 doctoras que me escucharon y me hicieron un plan de tratamiento que incluía 10 sesiones de drenaje linfático manual y otras 10 sesiones de drenaje linfático con la máquina LPG Endermologie. Me aseguraron resultados y un buen seguimiento. Ese fue el único día en el que me sentí en una clínica de medicina estética. Las siguientes 19 veces que acudí al centro, me di cuenta de que simplemente es un salón de belleza o centro de estética, para nada una clínica de medicina estética, por las siguientes razones: 1. Nunca más volví a tener cita con las doctoras para ver mi evolución. 2. Tampoco las cosmiatras me ayudaron con un buen seguimiento, me preguntaban cómo me sentía y mi respuesta siempre fue: no veo resultados, y nunca me hablaron de qué ajustes podíamos hacer ni involucraron a las doctoras. Tan malo fue el seguimiento que de hecho solo me tomaron fotos en 3 o 4 ocasiones. En mi última sesión me quisieron tomar, pero me negué a que se atribuyeran el crédito después de que me ignoraran tanto tiempo (estoy haciendo más cosas que si me han adelgazado, pero mi inflamación -tema por el cual necesito drenajes- ha bajado muy poco). 3. Las cosmiatras son súper amables eso sí, pero no están bien entrenadas por la clínica. Cada una hace las cosas a su manera, según quién te toque tu tratamiento puede ser totalmente distinto, cuando debería estar más estandarizado. De mis 10 sesiones de drenaje linfático manual, solo 2 estuvieron bien hechas. En los drenajes linfáticos con Endermologie siempre se pasaron con la presión (salvo en 1 ocasión) y siempre tenía que darles indicaciones. 4. Para pedir cita siempre era muy complicado si no lo hacía con 1 semana de antelación, aunque luego cuando vas a la clínica siempre ves muchas cabinas vacías y muchas cosmiatras hablando porque no tienen pacientes. Entonces, ¿lo recomiendo? Pues depende de lo que necesites, si buscas un salón estético sí, pero si para ti es importante la parte médica definitivamente no. I went to an evaluation appointment and I felt super well cared for, I was seen by 2 doctors who listened to me and made me a treatment plan that included 10 manual lymphatic drainage sessions and another 10 lymphatic drainage sessions with the LPG Endermologie machine. They assured me results and a good follow-up. That was the only day that I felt in an aesthetic medicine clinic. The next 19 times I went to the center, I realized that it is simply a beauty salon or aesthetic center, not an aesthetic medicine clinic at all, for the following reasons: 1. I never had an appointment with the doctors to see my progress. 2. The cosmiatrists didn't help me with a good follow-up either, they asked me how I felt and my answer was always: I don't see results, and they never told me what adjustments we could make or involved the doctors. So bad was the follow-up that they actually only took pictures of me 3 or 4 times. In my last session they wanted to take me, but I refused to take credit after being ignored for so long (I am doing more things than if they have lost weight, but my swelling - an issue for which I need drains - has gone down very little ). 3. The cosmiatrists are super friendly, yes, but they are not well trained by the clinic. Each one does things in their own way, depending on who you get, your treatment can be totally different, when it should be more standardized. Of my 10 manual lymphatic drainage sessions, only 2 were done well. In the lymphatic drainages with Endermologie they always went too far with the pressure (except on 1 occasion) and I always had to give them instructions. 4. Making an appointment was always very complicated if you didn't do it 1 week in advance, although later when you go to the clinic you always see many empty booths and many cosmiatrists talking because they don't have patients. So do I recommend it? Well, it depends on what you need, if you are looking for an aesthetic salon, yes, but if the medical part is important to you, definitely not.
F	Fergie V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No la recomiendo, en primera la encargada de la clínica no sabe atender ni dar solución a las necesidades del cliente, se la pasaron tomando fotos y nunca me enseñaron mi presentación para ver el avance diciendo que no había sistema (agende dos citas con anticipación). En cuanto al tratamiento no vi mejoria y tampoco se preocuparon por esa parte cuando les comentaba a las cosmiatras que no veía algún avance. Considero que el pago por no obtener ningún resultado o al menos una valoración al final para saber porqué me dejó insatisfecha. La atención del personal si bien cada una tiene sus particularidades, siempre son muy amables y atentas. Comparando los precios con otras empresas que ofrecen también estos servicios quizás se vean un tanto elevados, pero considero que lo vale, además cada cierto tiempo hay ofertas y promociones y se puede acceder a ellas. Amo que me recuerden cuando toca la cita, de verdad eso ayuda muchísimo. Of all the places I have visited, this is the one I liked the most.
