★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es nuevo, con muy buen diseño. Rodeado de muchos restaurantes. Muy fácil de salir caminando en bici o moto. La playa a solo 10 minutos en auto.
It is new, with a very good design. Surrounded by many restaurants. Very easy to walk out on a bike or motorcycle. The beach only 10 minutes by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo hubiera estado genial, sin embargo no hay limpieza de los depas solo con costo extra y tuvimos la mala fortuna de no contar con agua suficiente para regaderas o sanitarios, incluso los de la parte superior ??? muy sucios, fuera de eso el depa agradable, con jacuzzi por habitación, aire acondicionado y sobre todo muy tranquilo alejado del bullicio ?? espero estén atentos a estos comentarios del depa A01.
Everything would have been great, however there is no cleaning of the flats only with extra cost and we had the misfortune of not having enough water for showers or toilets, even the ones at the top ??? very dirty, aside from that the flat nice, with jacuzzi per room, air conditioning and above all very quiet away from the hustle and bustle ?? I hope you are attentive to these comments from apartment A01.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar nuevo con magníficas amenidades para pasar unos días maravillosos en uno de los sitios de playa más importantes del mundo para vacacionar. Excelente ubicación cercano a todos los sitios de interés de Tulum.
It is a new place with magnificent amenities to spend wonderful days in one of the most important beach places in the world for vacations. Excellent location close to all the places of interest in Tulum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha sido el peor servicio que he ocupado durante un periodo vacacional. La atención por parte de VACASA fue pésima. Los tres departamentos que rentamos fueron con deficiencias, aire acondicionado que jamás funcionó (pese a que un día llegó el técnico a repararlo, sin embargo quedó igual). Puertas al jardín sin seguridad, con riesgo de que cualquier persona entrara a nuestra habitación. Habitaciones SUCIAS, SIN ASEO, CON BASURA que dejaron de las ocupaciones anteriores a la nuestra, y una lista de mayores cosas. Lo peor de todo, una atención terrible vía telefónica al número al cuál uno debe comunicarse para reportar todos estos detalles, asimismo, el personal responsable a cubrir las exigencias que estuvimos haciendo durante tres día solo se limito a mandar WhatsApp señalando que ya habían mandado a quien solucionar los problemas, sin embargo, los problemas jamás se solucionaron.
It has been the worst service I have had during a vacation period. VACASA's attention was terrible. The three apartments that we rented had deficiencies, air conditioning that never worked (despite the fact that one day the technician came to repair it, however it remained the same). Doors to the garden without security, with the risk of anyone entering our room. DIRTY rooms, NO TOILET, GARBAGE left over from occupancies prior to ours, and a list of bigger things. Worst of all, terrible attention by phone to the number to which one must contact to report all these details, likewise, the personnel responsible for meeting the demands that we were making for three days only limited themselves to sending WhatsApp indicating that they had already sent who fix the issues, however the issues were never fixed.
