★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst transportation company ever. They charged us for a private shuttle without giving the option of a shared one. They where so unorganized that after an hour of waiting, they had to take us in a shared shuttle. They didn’t agreed for a refund either.
The drivers were very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous. Overpriced. They got the wrong pick up date. Thought we would be here for one day?! Didn’t resolve issue or offer barely an apology. Bell hops called it “stupid shuttle” LOL completely dissatisfied with this service. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Driver was friendly though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is thee worst taxi company! They were 30 min late picking us up from the airport and had no idea how to get to the resort. The customer service number doesn’t work.The return trip was no better after the awful pickup experience I attempted to call to be sure driver knew the location and time of course number doesn’t work even booking couldn’t contact them. Finally someone text me because he couldn’t get to the resort so he sent another driver who was late and took 2 hours to get to the airport. I almost missed my flight. Do NOT book with them
