★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, la encargada del turno vespertino con una actitud nefasta muy grosera, quede invitado a no volver a venir aquí, deberían de tomar encuenta todos los comentarios negativos y cambiar a la gente, sino le gusta su trabajo que hace en atención al cliente.
Very bad service, the manager of the evening shift with a very rude ominous attitude, be invited not to come here again, they should take into account all the negative comments and change people, if they do not like their work that they do in customer service.

Pensamos que ahí estaría una bolsa de ropa que olvidaron dárselas para enviarlas a mis familiares ya que ya se había ido a su estado donde viven... pero resulta que no saben y no se hicieron responsables. Pésimo!
I am missing clothes to deliver to relatives who came from outside and not only one garment, but several! We thought that there would be a bag of clothes that they forgot to give them to send to my relatives since they had already gone to their state where they live ... but it turns out that they do not know and did not take responsibility. Appalling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I going to be honest, the service was the most horrible experience I ever had, the person who is in charge of the laundry, was trying to made me pay for machines that I literally didn't use. Made me pay a fine for no dry my clothes there, when in most of laundry places don't charge for that. The person treated me like an idiot. I will never go there again and I hope you don't have to go to this place. I'm sorry I really don't like to give bad reviews, but this place needed it.
