Esta ubicado dentro de la plaza Espacio Vista del Valle lo que le da seguridad. Desventajas. 1. Es pequeño, con 15 usuarios ya se satura 2. Sólo hay dos regaderas en el baño de hombres. 3. En ocaciones la limpieza no es la mejor. 4. Rotan mucho a los entrenadores no hay seguimiento esto se entiende por que no hay transporte público a la Zona donde está ubicado el GYM y deben de llegar a las 6:00 AM. 5. Falta equipo para ejercitar pierna (prensa). En general hay opciones mucho mejores pero lo salva el concepto de 24 horas y que la membresia es multiclub. Small, basic gym. Advantages 1. Lo más relevante es que es un gimnasio 24/7, puedes ser a cualquier hora sin problemas. También cuenta con regaderas para poder bañarte. El precios es accesible y por el momento la inscripción es gratuita. Recomiendo mucho este gimnasio. Tienes un gym modesto pero bastante bastante digno, con aparatos funcionales (el área de peso libre es old school), tienen clases de 9a 10 y de 10 a 11, que uno creería que es "solo para mamás" peeero que sí te ponen a sudar. Estas clases se hacen en la terraza, el lugar siempre está limpio, cuidan mucho las regulaciones COVID. Los instructores y maestros son súpwr lindos, están siempre al tiro y van a lo que van. Acaban de modernizar el área de cardio. Podrás encontrar caminadoras, elípticas, bicis y una máquina bien padre para trabajar el tren inferior súper intensa. Hay bastante rotación desde tempranito y nunca se atasca porque los grupos se mueven a horas distintas. Cuenta con baños y dos regaderas (sin vestidores), como para echarse un regaderazo y ámonos. Está ubicado en una placita bastante mona en un lugar elevado, así es que en días despejados tienes una vista súper súper linda; el costo del estacionamiento (no hay horas de cortesía) es de 5 pesos la hora. No hay lockers, cuentan con racks a la entrada y siempre a la vista de los administrativos. Si tu presupuesto es reducido, o si quieres disfrutar los beneficios de un buen gym con un ambiente muy amable, cortés, educado y limpio y sin esperar para usar los aparatos o hacer cardio, este es el sitio, te lo recomiendo mucho. There are no lockers, they have racks at the entrance and always in view of the administrative staff. If your budget is small, or if you want to enjoy the benefits of a good gym with a very friendly, courteous, polite and clean environment and without waiting to use the equipment or do cardio, this is the place, I highly recommend it.
