★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente no hay demasiado que mensionar cuando hablamos de una terminal. El servicio en ventanilla es bueno, las salidas de los buses, todo bien y normal, lo único ir sí quisiera destacar de este lugar es la falta de higiene que hay en medio de una crisis como está. Para ingresar al lugar no hay gel antibacterial, termómetro, o alfombrillas para desinfectar, estiendo que se quiera eficiencia pero también se deben cuidar a los usuarios de sus servicios. Aparte no es como tal obligatorio usar la mascarilla dentro de la instalación pues muchos de los empleados no la llevan. Sería bueno prestar atención a esos pequeños detalles, de igual manera con algunos choferes. Claro que sí se aplaude el esfuerzo de esas personas que sí se cuidan y al mismo tiempo nos cuidan
 There really is not much to mention when we talk about a terminal. The service at the window is good, the bus departures, all good and normal, the only thing to do if I wanted to highlight this place is the lack of hygiene that exists in the middle of a crisis like it is. To enter the place there is no antibacterial gel, thermometer, or mats to disinfect, I believe that efficiency is wanted but the users of its services must also be taken care of. Besides, it is not as such mandatory to wear the mask inside the facility as many of the employees do not wear it. It would be nice to pay attention to those little details, as well with some drivers. Of course, the efforts of those people who do take care of themselves and at the same time take care of us are applauded.

There are friendly staff although not all. The schedules are respected. Some trucks are very neglected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio "premium" que es autobús directo, es de muy baja calidad los camiones ya están muy viejos no tienen clima, tampoco puedes abrir las ventanas la verdad sale mejor viajar en el autobús ordinario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La berdad no tenemos opcion es lo unico que tenemos para transortarnos pero los autbuses estan en muy mal estado y los encargados de oficina te contestan como si fueras a viajar de gratis.y para cuautitlan del parral yecuatla solo tenemos 3 corridas de 8 que abia falta mucho para mejorar el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben mejorar mucho la limpieza del edificio y también de los autobuses, al igual que la atención al cliente. Han añadido una farmacia yza, bien por ese lado. Hace mucha falta nuevas/mejores unidades.
