★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great find during our stay in Merida! English speaking staff, good soundtrack and fab Flat white (hard to find in Yucatán!). For brunch I had the Croffle, house specialty, a croissant dough cooked like a waffle and topped with crispy fried chicken. Honey on the side to your liking. I've really enjoyed my meal here and highly recommend the Croffle!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not great for my diet, but I can’t help coming back for more. I’ve had the pain au chocolat and the fig/almond pastry. Both were excellent. Need to return for the plain croissant! Delicious coffee as well.

The pastry is perfection. Everyone that works here is a piece of a magical machine. The cooks in the kitchen are artists. The servers (like Juan, who talked with us at the bar) are a true delight, tending to our every need. When all the pieces are put together, you get an incredible experience. The smells, sounds, and flavors blend into what I can only call a masterpiece.
We returned back to back days, and I'm looking forward to returning on my next trip.
