empleados no conocen todos los precios de sus productos; cuando quise comprar un tumbler no quisieron intercambiar la tapa rota por una en buen estado, alegando qué hay cámaras y que su jefe no se los permite (a pesar de que solo cambiaba el color) por lo que tuve que elegir otro diseño. Al pagar y entregarme mis compras me dan una caja en bolsa y la otra caja en la mano (por cierto mal empacada y sin cerrarla) cuando le pregunto si no puede ponerlo en otra bolsa por qué no caben en la misma… la empleada me comenta que no, que solo es una bolsa por cliente, creo que este tipo de actitudes denotan pésimo enfoque de negocio y atención al cliente ya que no les importa lo que consumas, solo quieren ahorrar. En planta baja hay kioscos con productos similares, les recomiendo comprar ahí, mejor atención y precios más accesibles.

employees do not know all the prices of their products; When I wanted to buy a tumbler, they didn't want to exchange the broken cover for one in good condition, claiming that there are cameras and that their boss doesn't allow them (despite only changing the color) so I had to choose another design. When paying and delivering my purchases, they give me a box in a bag and the other box in my hand (by the way, poorly packed and without closing it) when I ask if I can't put it in another bag, why don't they fit in the same one... the employee tells me no, it's only one bag per customer, I think this type of attitude denotes a lousy business approach and customer service since they don't care what you consume, they just want to save. On the ground floor there are kiosks with similar products, I recommend buying there, better service and more affordable prices.
