★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La seriedad y atencion de parte del subgerente Carlos es pesima.prepotente. altanero. Casi 3 semanas para hacer un desembolso. Cancelo 2 veces. Haciendo perder el tiempo de la gente. El dia lunes el dia del desembolso la primera mujer q paso a firmar su pagare, se equivoco al no hacerlo tal cual su credencial de elector. Inmediatamente el sr. Carlos cancelo el desembolso. Se le pregunto si no podia imprimir otro pagare. Solo fueron negativas por parte de el. Ni disposicion para solucionar la equivocacion de la sra. Al contrario alzando la voz dijo q ese ya no era su trabajo. Y se levanto y se retiro. Dejando al grupo de personas. Que solo perdieron su tiempo. La falta de capacidad y preparacion de esta persona. Para atencion y servicio al cliente deja mucho q desear. Al final somos clientes, se pagan intereses. No recibimos beneficiencia.
