★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una porquería de servicio , por desgracia son los que le dan servicio a Samsung y sus tecnicos ademas de impuntuales , no llegan el dia que agendan y ademas al momento de instalar por flojos si el minisplit esta chueco dicen ellos que es normal. no los recomiendo ni para cambiar un foco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepción muy amable y se nota que están capacitados para recibir los equipos. El tiempo de espera del servicio técnico es demasiado para el diagnóstico. Los precios muy altos aún considerando que son un centro de servicio autorizado.

No puedo hablar peor por qué al final mi equipo si quedo reparado y un mes después sigue funcionando
