★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tuvieron esperando 40 minutos por que no tenían -dentistas disponibles, muy mala atención de la srita de recepción, perdí mi tiempo por que ni siquiera me dieron un limite de espera.
Era una urgencia dental , según su pagina web, tienen urgencias, yo tenia una por dolor de muela y no me dieron la atención, ni el servicio adecuado

¿Saben que convenios tienen o no?, sus empleados deben de estar al corriente de lo que ofrece la empresa para vender, o ¿me equivoco?.
No les proporcionare mis datos, ya me atendí en una clínica verdaderamente seria y eficaz, no quiero un tratamiento de ustedes, no vale la pena con pésimos servicio y respuestas tan ilógicas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar para el cuidado dental. Me gustó mucho que con la cámara intraoral los doctores te explican los problemas que tiene la pieza dental y te lo muestran en vivo y con zoom en las pantallas instaladas en el asiento. El servicio fue muy bueno. Sí lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, pésimo servicio, nada de profesionalismo, cero atención al cliente, cero sentido de procurar al paciente, cero preocupación por posible paciente, mal servicio, despotismo y poco ética, la "clínica". Que por lo que leo no soy a la única que le sucede.
Hace un par de semanas tuve que acudir, por la cercanía a mi lugar laboral, ya que tenía una urgencia dental, aproveche ya que se suponía teníamos un convenio con ellos, de acuerdo a la empresa con la que trabajo. Llegue con la urgencia y lo explique en la recepción, por cierto sucia y desordenada, pero en fin, la señorita no puso atención por estar platicando con la "dentista" y la pareja de la "dentista", ya que estaban beso y beso, mientras que a la recepcionista, le molestaba que yo le preguntara, por que la hacia perderse la platica . Al pedir la atención de la urgencia dental me respondieron que no me podían atender mas que con cita a pesar de ser una urgencia tenía que llamar para ver si tenían espacio y del convenio no tenían ni idea, que si quería ser atendida pidiera cita, OBVIO, sin hacerse responsables del convenio ofrecido por su disque marca. Obviamente no voy a regresar, farsantes, ademas por su lista de precios su servicio no vale la pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve buscando dentistas que atendieran los sábados por la tarde, encontré que está clínica da servicio hasta las 22 hrs., ya me habían comentado que no era buena y por los comentarios que hay puse en tela de juicio, pero quise darles el beneficio de la duda y acudí a ella para que me hicieran presupuesto y atenderme. Mi sorpresa fue ver que la clínica estaba cerrada,todo apagado, pantalla y unas de las puertas llenas de cartón como abandonada. Quise marcar a diferentes números pero en ninguno me contestaron.
No se como se publicitan en todos lados como "abiertos de 7 a 22 hrs.", además que al asomarme hacia adentro se ve sucio y descuidado, al perecer no son una buena cínica, por sus instalaciones con esa vista y estando en Polanco, no da confianza, ni se ve profesional, que bueno que no me atendí con ustedes
