Aunque cuando pase al consultorio la chica me lastimo las encías al poner las ligas, me pico las encías con las tijeras, no tuvo la mínima atención de disculparse. Hay pocos asientos y el sábado por la tarde lleno.

En la página primero te dicen que la revisión/ presupuesto es gratis pero tienes que sacarte una panorámica con ellos para tu revisión la cuál vale $150 que si bien es poco. No te la entregan o envIan y ni tomarle foto te dejan.
Fui con un dolor fuerte pues necesitaba endodoncia. Pues resulta que en la clínica no cuentan con ningún especialista. Ni en endoncia ni periodontal. Me dieron cita hasta dentro de 15 días en la sucursal de revolución.
Obviamente no pude esperar tanto tiempo y acudi a otro lugar en donde si bien fue un poco más costoso me atendieron y resolvieron de inmediato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia muy mala, para mi primer cita de mantenimiento, que fue un sábado, no respetan horarios de las citas agendadas (demasiada gente), y por desgracia al comentarles esto, al parecer se molestaron y me pasaron al último, 3 horas esperando, y no les importo que hubiera llegado antes que otros pacientes, las dentistas en general son buenas. Pero ni modo, entiendo que por lo barato se pierda la buena atención al cliente. Unas por otras.

Disque te agendan cita y te piden que estés a tiempo y nunca respetan los horarios. Te atienden 3 hrs después del horario de tu cita y siempre te dicen que están etrasados...
NO LO RECOMIENDO....
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO CONFÍEN!!!! Fui a revisión y la dentista que me realizó el chequeo me dijo que tenia 8 muelas picadas, muy por debajo del agua me dio el número de su consultorio. Como desconfíe fui a otro dentista y me dijo que tenia dos muelas picadas y no eran tan picadas. La que me reviso se encuentra en el consultorio Números 3.
Duden de lo que les diga.

El área del seguimiento a pacientes es una burla
Estamos solicitando expediente desde hace 6 meses para poder comenzar un proceso de de demanda no dan la cara y se burlan de los pacientes.
