★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trate de reparar mis audífonos Sony Bass de Bluetooth y Cable y que no podian porque no tenían las piezas, cuando es un centro autorizado que hay mismo consigue todo ? Pesimo Servicio, fuera de eso agrada que tengan mínimo Estacionamiento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los técnicos son competentes y lo hacen bien, sin embargo, tengan mucho cuidado con los accesorios al momento de entregar su equipo (sobre todo si tienen memoria). Si nos los revisan nunca los devuelven.
La encargada de nombre Maribel González es grosera y muy poco profesional. NO está capacitada para ese puesto. Demerita mucho la atención y el prestigio del Centro de Servicio.
The technicians are competent and they do it well, however, be very careful with the accessories when delivering your equipment (especially if they have memory). If they are reviewed, they never return them.
The person in charge of the name Maribel González is rude and very unprofessional. She is NOT qualified for that position. It greatly deserves the attention and prestige of the Service Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un mini componente a reparar , cuando me lo recibieron me comentaron que en caso de no repararlo con ellos tendría un costo de revisión de $250 y acepte la cuestión es que cuando me llamaron para recoger me dijeron que ya no tenían las piezas que estaba descontinuado y pues me cobraron los $250 cuando los que no pudieron fueron ellos , pero en fin creo que desde un principio deberían saber si tienen o no las piezas . Ya que para mi resultó pérdida de tiempo y dinero
