Of the few government agencies where they serve efficiently, several payment options, attentive officials, water service at a fair price compared to other operating systems, procedures that are generally very agile. Hopefully they don't break it down.

Waiting time is unacceptable at the SOSAPACH offices in downtown Puebla. After an hour waiting for a turn to do a paperwork, I had to leave without being able to do so due to lack of time. It is an absolute disrespect to users. Totally ineffective

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo lo de gobierno, una porquería de servicio, su página ya no sirve para pagar, no contestan el teléfono y en plena pandemia hay que ir a pagar a las oficinas como en 1990. En lugar de avanzar retrocedemos con este gobierno de chairos.
Like everything related to government, a filthy service, their page is no longer useful for paying, they do not answer the phone and in the middle of a pandemic you have to go to pay to the offices as in 1990. Instead of moving forward, we go back with this government of chairmen.
