★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben de mejorar sus procesos y base de datos. Llevo ya 2 o 3 años intentando realizar el pago anual de los derechos de la toma de agua y no pueden solucionarme. Debo hacerlo a distancia y como no abren los sábados no he logrado trasladarme hasta sus instalaciones para que ubiquen mi expediente.
They must improve their processes and database. I have been trying for 2 or 3 years to make the annual payment of the water intake rights and they cannot solve me. I have to do it remotely and since they are not open on Saturdays I have not been able to go to their facilities to locate my file.
