Teniendo buen potencial para ser excelente, el servicio se ve limitado por la falta de capacitación y actualización de su personal. Lamentable que teniendo 15 años de experiencia, como orgullosa dice Angélica, ésta solo se vea reflejada en las estropeadas y viejas instalaciones. Evitense un mal rato y busquen otras opciones para consentirse.
It is a place very congruent with its image, dark, old-fashioned and mediocre. Having good potential to be excellent, the service is limited by the lack of training and updating of its staff. It is unfortunate that having 15 years of experience, as Angelica proudly says, it is only reflected in the damaged and old facilities. Avoid a bad time and look for other options to pamper yourself.
