★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es medio clasista. La primera vez me trataron súper bien pero ya la segunda vez me hicieron esperar mucho y ya no me ofrecieron más té/agua/café. Sentí que el masaje y el facial fueron agresivos a comparación de la primera vez. Ya no regresaré.
It is classist. The first time they treated me very well but the second time they made me wait a lot and they didn't offer me any more tea / water / coffee. I felt that the massage and facial were aggressive compared to the first time. I will not return.

Hay otros servicios que yo no he contratado como barbería ,corte de pelo, cámara de bronceado etc
It is a beautiful place where the pedicure is done in armchairs with a hydromassage tub, the ladies do it very well
There are other services that I have not hired such as barbershop, haircut, tanning bed, etc.

Tener cero empatía
Compré un paquete para la cabina de bronceado, en octubre, que no utilicé dentro de la fechas establecidas y así me lo hicieron saber a lo cual contesté, "hubo pandemia" y me señalaron la vigencia y que comprara otro paquete.
Yo esperaría un poco de empatía hacia sus clientes y mas en la situación que estamos pasando TODOS. Me gustaría que la dueña/o recuerden todo el tiempo que estuvieron cerrados y pensaran en los "CLIENTES" que regresamos.
No regresaré y tampoco a la barbería, supongo que es del mismo dueño. (Curioso que de la noche a la mañana ya había nuevos barberos ¿por qué?)

have zero empathy
I bought a package for the tanning booth, in October, that I did not use within the established dates and they let me know, to which I replied, "there was a pandemic" and they told me that it was valid and that I should buy another package.
I would expect a little empathy towards your clients and more in the situation we are ALL going through. I would like the owner to remember all the time they were closed and think of the "CUSTOMERS" that we returned.
I won't go back and neither will I go to the barbershop, I guess it's from the same owner. (Curious that overnight there were already new barbers, why?)
