Well, the hotel is a dump, don't be fooled. They gave us a room (if it can be called) that was a dangerous loft type with a rope to climb, when opening the bed it was dirty and with hair. The bathroom in terrible condition had unpleasant odors and was full of unwashed black mold. It did not have walls but were made of canvas with a chicken coop. It is unhealthy, since the street cats and dogs enter the rooms and sleep on the armchairs in the lobby. There is no security, since they do not give you a key to the room and you have to carry all your valuables, they do not close the garage door either, so anyone has access to the hotel and the cars. They don't give you your money back so we lost money anyway as we couldn't stay the night as the level of dirt was so high. All the rooms are the same (they gave us another room and it was worse lol) so I would recommend not staying there or not going through Tlayacapan at all.

They don't accept credit card and the rooms smell musty.. It looks somewhat gloomy and the heat is locked up too much ? But they have a nice pool ☺️

The service and the people are friendly but there is nothing holistic about it. I went for a massage and one of the tables was a table with a mat on it, there was loud music and a drunk guy singing at the top of his lungs. More than a massage, it was a sobada. I don't think it's a "bad" place, but I wouldn't recommend the massages

It is a very dirty place, nothing to do with the images on maps. I understand the "old" concept of the decoration of the place, but that does not mean that it has to be dirty, it lacks a lot of maintenance and cleanliness. In addition, they had given a cost and when we arrived they charged another, the cost vs. quality of the place is not worth it. The pool water was very cloudy and dirty even though it smelled a lot like chlorine. There were spiders in one of the rooms. I do not recommend it.

For the owner. I just uploaded the video of the guests who brought the party to the fullest. It is unfortunate that they leave the place alone and without security, they trusted too much, they put all the guests at risk if it got out of control, who would respond? You guys??? They turned off all the lights, they had access to control the light in the entire hotel, I went out to look for them, I knocked on about 3 doors and there was no one there, they left us locked up not even to escape or something, I asked him to send a patrol to avoid problems with these guys, but I know why he didn't do it, when we left the hotel we went to a closed gas station and the police were there, we asked about lodging and I told them what happened and they told us that every time they have problems there and they constantly call because of the lack of control with the guests and it is obvious they leave alone until something happens I recorded they will not do anything. Offering me a better place to rest in their other facilities will not fix such a serious security problem they have to solve and give certainty to their guests. What happened to the maintenance of the hotel? I mean just a spotlight in the room? Dusty blankets! We ran out of water and when they started the pump all the water came out green, cobwebs everywhere and disgusting mattresses??? You know I stayed at the flamingos hotel and paid $800.00, $100 more pesos for which I got hot water, a clean room, clean towels and no kitchen towels, a cable TV screen and internet, a pool with extra towels, its clean bathrooms, no urine 2 guards at the entrance 24 hours a day who treated us excellent. And I was able to sleep peacefully. And you???? When did they leave all that behind? What happened to that beautiful and familiar place where its hammocks were in excellent condition, the garden tables, the grass, the flowers, everything was beautiful and gave you peace, the bathrooms, let alone sad and unfortunate fact that put at risk the tranquility that I was looking for so much in that place, hopefully one day I can swallow my words and return to that place that was before.

I went to an event in Tlayacapan and stayed here. The attention is good and it works perfect to get to sleep and rest. It is a rustic place, if your expectations are not very high, here you will find an option with a good price. There is good Wi-Fi and Sebastian is always aware of what you need. I would recommend the hotel to change the bath towels that are already a bit worn. Greetings!

It is a place with a lot of potential. The rooms are very spacious but the furniture is very old, beds, television, fans. Lack of natural ventilation. The lighting is very poor. A super small trickle comes out in the shower and it takes a lot of minutes for the hot water to come out. Common areas need a lot of maintenance loungers, chairs and tables The pool water is frozen very cold with everything and the heat. It is a good lodging option if you go to a party or meeting and only need to sleep.
