No entiendo cómo esto puede ser llamado un spa. imitación balneario. el servicio es grosero. Espero que pase el tiempo y que el personal cambie y use productos químicos de limpieza alternativos en lugar de lejía. excess chlorine in your pool. impossible to even breathe close. eyes and mucous membranes with burns for a week. I don't understand how this can be called a spa. spa imitation. the service is rude. I hope that time will pass and that the staff will change and use alternative cleaning chemicals instead of bleach.

Great service at a great price! I have tried the massage service from Mirna, Azucena and Fernanda and they are all great! Perfect place to relax and say goodbye to stress.

I am staying at the Reef 28 and receive 20% off however a few things have really put me book going ahead with my booking. The information regarding opening times and contact numbers were incorrect. The woman in the reception today was rude and not helpful. I then wanted to check the reviews which helped me make my mind up. Customer service is poor and I don’t recommend booking here. I wish I had something positive to say.
C	Casey McDermott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value. My husband and I got a couple's massage and it was amazing. Facilities are fabulous and you can use their different hydrotherapy pools and spa amenities before or after your service. Highly recommend even if you're not staying at this hotel.
A	Angie Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I booked the 4 elements massage. The masseuse I had was decent and she applied some pressure. My boyfriend said his was basically an oil rub. The aromatherapy was nice. The hydrotherapy area sucks. Don't use it unless it comes free with your massage. Hydrotherapy is supposed to be hot then cold then relax. But there's a lukewarm pool and a tiny cold tub The domestic guests did not respect the quiet rule so other guests can relax. And the staff did not come around to ask them to be respectful of the rules. If you want good hydrotherapy try and find one that's Scandinavian.
