Me recomendaron este lugar y mi experiencia ha sido muy desafortunada. Si bien hay algunos momentos en los que han llegado a ser amables, en muchos momentos el trato ha sido desinteresado y hasta grosero. He encontrado el sitio con poca limpieza, aunque te sanitizan la ropa, el baño luce sucio y a veces si jabón o papel, además no desinfectan el aparato aunque es usando en todas las áreas del cuerpo de las personas. En cuanto a la depilación, compré un paquete de cuerpo completo, me falta 4 sesiones (de 12) y la verdad es que ha sido desagradable asistir. NO hay un cuidado a tu experiencia, no hay ajuste a tus necesidades especiales, te pasan la máquina parejo sin evaluar que hay zonas más sensibles. NO te preguntan cómo te sientes, ignoran que te esté doliendo y no paran (sólo una señora que tiene dificultades en el habla pausaba a que bajara el dolor para continuar). Les importa poco si te generan quemaduras y señalan que "es normal", pero si les interesara un poco podrían simplemente notar la reacción en la piel y preguntarle a la cliente si desea seguir con esa intensidad. Ha sido una MUY MALA experiencia. Pedí cambio de sucursal, por ahora no he podido ir (tuve un fractura), pero incluso llegué a pensar en que ya dejaría de ir aunque pagué todo completo. Si tengo una buena experiencia en la otra sucursal, actualizaré este comentario.

La persona de la recepción tiene un aspecto fatal, parece que se levantó de la cama y se fue a sentar ahí. El personal que depila es hostil, no explican, no son cordiales, son bruscas. Las instalaciones están sucias. El servicio es muy deficiente. No vale la pena el costo/beneficio

Massage was 20 minutes late, and my masseuse spent 20 minutes on my feet. She seemed very distracted and uninterested. Not the type of experience I want for an 870 peso massage.

Bought a dilapidación package from them, but they won’t bother answering messages and when. I stopped in they were full. So I wasted my money. After 3 people gaping at me, someone finally bothered to greet me. Customer service is horrible.

Please stay away from this salon. They will make everything to sell you any service but this is by far the worst place I've been in my life! I wanted waxing and they convince me to laser... it didn't work, and the waxing part was the worst, they have no clue of what they are doing! awful! Nunca vayas a este salon!

What a disappointment. I made an appointment in-person and when I arrived, there was no record. I waited 20 minutes for them to figure out what to do. I could go on and on about how terrible the facial was, but the point is I will absolutely never be back. So glad I didn’t buy a pass!

The diode laser hair removal treatment I got at Saasil was probably the worst money I have ever spent. From the start they were surprisingly flexible on their pricing and now, after having completed the recommended 12 sessions, I understand why. The treatment I received did not work even in the least. I understand that results vary from person to person but I would never have guessed that coming out of this treatment I would find myself with MORE body hair rather than less, which sadly was visibly the case. The response I got from the manager when mentioning the result of my treatment was a shrug, a comment that the machine probably had been set too low and that I had been given bad instructions during the intake (which really wasn't much of an intake anyway). They offered to get me 6 more sessions at a more discounted price to compensate the inconvenience. I might have considered this offer, had it not been that the experience even up to that point had been rather abysmal already. Multiple times they switched the person performing the treatment with greatly varying degrees of professionalism. When at one point I was fed up and requested to please be switched back to a previous staff member (after having received a particularly gruesome session in which part the skin was simply forgotten and part done multiple times and burned) I was told this would be no problem. However, not only did I find upon returning the next time that I had been scheduled with the same person I had requested not to be treated by again, they had also informed this person that I had asked for the change and left it to me to explain to her why that was. Apart from this, I found hygiene at the establishment questionable. It seemed like they only had one towel and one set of sheets and the whole thing did not seem very sterile. Long story short, I would like to urge anyone looking for laser hair removal treatment to not be tempted by the discounts offered at this place and look for a more professional salon instead.
