Being a free consultation I felt cared for as if I were a king. 200% recommended and they have plans for families and children. On September 4, I went to the consultation for a pitted tooth, but instead, they removed an amalgam that I had and put a resin on me, leaving the caries that I was worried about intact, from that day I had pain when chewing and sensitivity to it. Cold and hot, so the following week I contacted Dr. Berenice, who gave me an appointment for the following September 11. As the discomfort was very strong, I had to find another dentist who could treat me that same day, who told me that the resin was incorrectly placed and that is why it was the discomfort when chewing and that the caries was uncovered, with this information I was informed with Dr. Berenice, and I asked her for my reimbursement since I had not carried out the procedure she decided to do correctly without counting on the cavity that she did not even touch. In the evening I received a call from her where she told me that the error was due to her fatigue, and that her eyesight was failing, she asked me to reconsider the refund, and to allow her to repair her mistake, since I accept medical negligence I decided not to trust her again and claim my refund, of which she only gave me back 80% of the total. Therefore I do not recommend this practice or this doctor. I share my experience so that you reflect before going with this person, because on his Facebook page he only has good opinions, for that reason it was that I dared to request his service without imagining the situation that he was going to experience.
