★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues me fue fatal solicité un corte y un peinado del cual llevaba foto algo sencillo según yo, pero no fue así me hicieron lo que se le dio la gana al chavo nada que ver con la foto, obviamente reclame al chavo incluso le dije si no puedes hacerlo mejor dime, no es lo que te solicité! Y según el trato de componerlo pero lo dejo terrible ! Otra cosa que me percaté fue que al sacar un cepillo para secarme el pelo, lo estaba limpiando en ese momento quitándole pelos de otro servicio, estaba tan enojada que se me fue la onda de reclamar esto! Lo peor de todo obviamente me cobraron! Desafortunadamente tenía prisa porque tenía un evento! NO Hubiera Pagado por tan mal servicio!!!, no se en donde poner una gran queja para que me devuelvan mi dinero! Alguien sabe que puedo hacer o ya realmente perdí!

Another thing that I noticed was that when I took out a brush to dry my hair, I was cleaning it at that moment by removing hair from another service, I was so angry that I was out of the loop to claim this! Worst of all they obviously charged me! Unfortunately I was in a rush because I had an event! I would NOT have paid for such bad service !!!, I don't know where to make a big complaint to get my money back! Does anyone know what I can do or I really lost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué 9 am, sería la primera clienta pero me hicieron esperar más de media hora porque la chica llegó tardísimo y encima decirme que harían muy rápido mi servicio ya que tenían otra cita después y no se podía todo lo que necesitaba. solo se podía gelish y me lo dejaron muy feo. Les pedí que lo hicieran de nuevo ya que estaba muy grumoso y me querían cobrar doble. Todo de súper de mal humor y aparte comiendo y tomando café, o sea todo mal. Primera y última vez que voy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que me lo corté con este chico muy padre, la segunda me atendió de malas que fue como hace 15 días, ayer fuí a hacerme el planchado a otro lado y me comentaron que las puntas estában explotadas y le dije si apenas le lo corté y me dijeron que las tijeras seguramente no tenían en filo necesario! De hecho como el estaba atendiendo a otra chava, ni me peló!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dejan bien el cabello, pero no es muy bueno el servicio en cuanto a que te hacen esperar mucho o no te atienden aunque tengas cita. No toman teléfono para cancelar si no fue tu estilista.
They make my hair look good, but the service is not very good in that they make you wait a long time or they don't attend to you even if you have an appointment. They don't pick up the phone to cancel if it wasn't your stylist.
