Great Spa. On vacation getting a massage.

Excellent service. I highly recommend the Temeszcal.

Had the best massage by Dennis and enjoyed the hydro room.

Found this Spa on Travel Advisor. Called and booked a 50 minute deep tissue massage. Was greeted at the Spazul reception after checking in at the Playa del Carmen Hilton. Marco's led me through the spa and showed me the dry sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and cold plunge bath. Marco was very professional and informative. I was given an electronic key card and changed into a robe after using the very satisfying shower facilities. Marco's introduced me to Angie, the massage therapist. She was extremely professional. After leading me into the massage room she left while I disrobed and positioned myself on the massage table. Angie is one of the best therapists I have ever experienced. I booked a second Mayan massage two days later. Angie is highly skilled and i reccomend her with full confidence you will be equally impressed. Thank you to all the staff at Spazul!

The spa environment is nice and well done. Female staff are all quite accommodating and polite. Male staff are VERY rude and short with clients. I had a facial that cost $119. The lady literally cleaned my face, exfoliated, a mask, then moisturizer. There was nothing done that I could not have done myself at home in 15 minutes. She did not dim the lights and continued walking away from me to mix products for extended periods of time leaving me laying there. When she placed towels on my face they were cold to the touch rather than warm, which I am accustomed to. I would not recommend the facial; poor value.
