No tienen tiempo para atenderte por teléfono, ni para hacerte una cita, si preguntas cuanto cuesta un corte de cabello te dicen que tienes que ir a la sucursal para que te vean. Pésimo totalmente!!
Terrible customer service, for what they charge they should teach people to be nice. They do not have time to attend you by phone, or to make an appointment, if you ask how much a haircut costs they tell you that you have to go to the branch to be seen. Totally lousy !!
